Help & Support

1
What does Patrol Stories do?
Patrol Stories is a student educational organization founded by Officer Justin Delacruz. Our mission is to teach students the skills they need to make informed decisions that lead to safe, healthy, and fulfilling lives. Through real-world experience and practical training, we help young people understand how to prevent emergencies and how to recognize and respond when one happens.

2
Who is eligible for your programs?
Our programs are designed for students, families, and communities. We work with schools, youth groups, community organizations, and community event coordinators and tailor our content to be age-appropriate for student grades K-6. Whether you’re a student, parent, educator, or community leader, there’s a place for you to learn with us.

3
Do your programs cost anything?
Yes. Patrol Stories programs use state-of-the-art equipment and professional production to create a memorable, interactive learning experience for every audience. Program fees range from $3,000 to $7,500, depending on [the program selected, audience size, and length of the presentation]. To help make our programs accessible to more students, the Patrol Stories Foundation offers grants that allow qualifying campuses to receive programming at a reduced cost. Contact us to learn more about eligibility and how to apply.

4
How do I schedule or request grant assistance?
We’d love to work with you. Schools, organizations, and community groups can request a presentation or program by filling out our booking request form, emailing us at booking@patrolstoriesl.com, or calling (469) 500-2415. A member of our team will follow up to discuss your goals, audience, and scheduling. Grant assistance is reviewed by our staff and foundation leaders on a first come first serve basis. You must complete our 'Grant Application' on our website and provide all requested information to be considered.Â

Why is the program led by a police officer?
Will you work with our local agencies?
Officer Justin Delacruz created Patrol Stories to share lessons drawn from his experience in law enforcement. Hearing real stories from someone who has responded to emergencies firsthand helps students understand why safety matters and how their choices can make a difference. Our sessions are designed to be a safe, welcoming space where students and families can ask honest questions and build positive relationships with the people who protect their community.

Yes, we encourage participation from local agencies, district leaders and other community leadership to showcase heroes and contributors from your local community.Â

What do students learn in your programs?
Students receive fundamental safety training and practical knowledge they can use every day. Topics include 911 basics, Drug Prevention, Situational Awareness, Anti-Bullying, Mental Health 988, Cyber Safety, Public Safety and Healthy Living. Our goal is to build confidence, awareness, and good decision-making skills that last a lifetime.

7
How can I support Patrol Stories?
You can support our mission by donating, volunteering, sponsoring a school program, or partnering with us to ensure every campus has the same opportunity to participate, and by sharing our work with families and educators in your community. Every bit of support helps us reach more students with the knowledge and resources they need to stay safe. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

8
Does my campus need any specific equipment to host the program?
No. Patrol Stories provides all of the state-of-the-art production equipment needed to deliver the program. Your campus only needs to provide an indoor space large enough to accommodate your audience, along with access to working power outlets. Our team will handle setup and breakdown so your staff can focus on the students.

9
Do you offer multi-campus booking discounts?
Yes. When multiple campuses book programs on the same day, each campus receives $250 off its program. Campuses in the same general area that book on consecutive days receive an additional $250 off per campus. If you’re interested in partnering with nearby campuses, contact us and our team will help coordinate scheduling to ensure every participating campus receives the maximum available discount.

10
Do you offer full-day, multi-campus, or large family-style events?
Yes. Patrol Stories has partnered with school districts, community leaders, and live event coordinators to deliver large-scale events for families and multiple campuses at once. For these events, the coordinating organization is responsible for providing the venue, along with sound, lighting, and projection systems. Most large theaters, high school auditoriums, churches, and shared performance spaces already have this equipment in place. Our team works directly with the venue’s sound and lighting engineers to integrate our visual production, ensuring a seamless, high-quality experience for every audience member.
